Removals on developed property are an engineering problem before they're a cutting problem. We plan the load path first, then take the tree apart in a sequence that keeps everything below it untouched.
01Assessment
A certified arborist confirms removal is genuinely the right call, checks for local permit requirements, and identifies everything under and around the drop zone.
02Rigging plan
Anchor points, lowering devices and cut sequence are decided before anyone leaves the ground, so each section comes down under control rather than in free fall.
03Sectional removal
Climbers or an aerial lift take the tree down piece by piece — the standard approach where roofs, pools, walls and mature planting sit close by.
04Site restoration
Wood and debris hauled out, stump ground on request, and the surrounding grounds left as they were found.
